Does this disprove a righteous God?
It proves that if you're too dumb to feed yourself you will starve.
A better question is why they don't mercy kill that baby.

>someone had that child out of selfish sexual pleasure
>people failed to raise, provide, protect and care for that child
>no one was hospitable to the child and gave it food and let it live with them
>there is a fucking person right fucking there with a camera taking a photo of the child before it dies when it could be saved just so the photographer can get $$$ for the pic from some American or British magazine company
>"hurrr it's all God's fault, God isn't righteous durrr"

This. The omnipotent, omnibenevolent, omniscient essence itself is limited in his capacity and power to do good because he doesn't want to infringe on the sovereignty of his limited creatures.
Like what's the guy supposed to do; find a way to prevent evil, or move his creatures to do good without infringing on their sovereignty? Like maybe he could've subtly found ways to influence the moral disposition of the cameraman throughout his whole life so that when the time came for him to possibly save that child dying in agony, he would've freely chose to do so happily and enthusiastically? Or maybe he could've played the long game, slowly rearranging global political-economics to establish a stronger and more just government in the region; or at least establish a "no one gets left behind" mentality within the particular African child's family?
The powerless has to meet the all-powerful at some point in securing the universal mission of salvation. What humanity does is the bare minimum amount of good that they're capable of.
