kinda. they are more illyrian then their neighbors, but they arent 100% percent illyrian genetically. croats are the second most illyrian in their blood. what they do have is some of the illyrian language, even though the majority has changed over the centuries. they are a mix of illyrian, thracian, and minute amounts of greek, roman, and turk. but >>2495523 is right, even if they where 100% illyrian they should try to fix the country they have now instead of looking to the past
