Brazil wasn't a meme empire
It had a well established hierarchy and huge influence over its neighbors.

This. Germaniggers tore the Roman Empire down by acting like fucking savages and then claim the title as if they were ever a part of it. If that ain't some high caliber wewuzery, I don't know what is.

Anglos incorrectly equate Tsarsvo=Empire. Not true, really. It's like a Slavic orthodox version of a kingdom. Even Russia when it became true empire started calling themselves 'impierija' not 'cariestvo'

BTW for non-anglos: What are the words for empire in your language?
In Polish we have 'imperium' in the sense of a country with huge territory, rather centralized, multiethnic
for example all the colonial empires are called that
we don't really use the term 'imperator' though

And then we have 'cesarstwo' that can be the same thing but usually it's for a 'cesarz' - someone above a king but in reality you have memes like the Mexican empire
used for, amongst others, Japan, Rome, I and II Reich and Austria

And the forementioned 'car' that's used by eastern orthodox Slavs which was used instead of a king 'król' for various reasons - In the Balkans it was always used (most likely a Bizantine influence) but in Ruthenia is only started with tsar Ivan and his >WE WUZ BYZANTINES
