Caligula was a maniac but the movie does exaggerate frequently

It goes to great lengths to exaggerate the writings of Suetonius while concentrating on a sexual theme.

It's basically a two hour long porno with a somewhat decent storyline.
My biggest complaint with this movie is the fact it overshadows all of Caligula's achievements while focusing on tabloid tier accounts of his life.

The film is a guilty pleasure of mine for reasons unbeknownst to porn.
