I can't see the Germans bothering to push anywhere past the Sahara for like a hundred years.

Italians would hold North Africa and the Western shores of the Middle East because of Mussolini's 'WE WUZ ROMANZ' fixation. Japan would control most of Asia, probably with a few satellite states in-between them and the other two Axis powers. Sub-Saharan Africa would likely still be colonized, this time by Germany and Italy in order to capitalize on the resources there, but not be responsible for the people.

No they didn't. Actually read up on German plans for Africa. They wanted to take all the colonies and establish one large one called Mittelafrika.

It would function just like any ordinary colony ie being for resource extraction. Race mixing would certainly not be allowed, but they weren't going to exterminate the locals.
