I don't get people fawning over Groß Deustchland... If Austria had joined a Prussian dominated Germany (as it was for most of its history) it would radically destabilize the political balance in the Reichstag. Also the fact that Austrians culturally deviate so much from Northern Germans.
IDK only way it ever seemed feasible was when the NSDAP seized power in Austria (with German coercion) and allowed political integration. Other than that Austria would be more of a detriment than an asset.

I know this map is not really that accurate, as I didn't do sufficient research, but if Europe was closer to this we could avoid so many problems.

Some notes: I decided to unite Balkans under Yugoslavia as it was probably the most peaceful era under the grip of a strong-willed ruler. Ruler come and goes, so I guess Yugoslavia 2.0, if it will happen again, will not work, again.

Didn't know what to do with Ajerbaijan, but who gives a shit, they are Turks 2.0, so I left them as it is. They can't have claims on another territories as everything around them is linguistically and culturally different. Same applies the other way around for Kurdistan and Armenia.

I was probably too generous with Kurdistan, but probably got everything right with Greece. I even got Pontus in it. If I would go purely historical I would add Crimea to Greece too, but it's impossible in our current age.

Belgium has 0 reasons to exist, so I split it.

Didn't touch France as much as other countries, but gave Andorra to Spain as its much closer culturally and linguistically to Spain, and the French claims in Aragon as I saw in some maps here are outrageous.

Ukraine never had Crimea, it was Russian claim long before Ukrainians realized where Crimea is.

Anschluss happened and Kaliningrad Oblast ceded to Germany. Poland is intact as there are no Germans in there. The old dreamers of German East Prussia and Danzig are long gone and not longer feasible and have no bases in our time.

Belarus is split between United Baltics, Russia and Ukraine, considering Belarussians are not even a ethnic group, despite what they say.

United Scandinavia will happen one day, maybe with Denmark as well. It's just I fucked up paint and couldn't unite Denmark as well so I left it as it is.
