Smart guy. Managed to lead Prussia and later Germany nicely in foreign affairs, through well played diplomacy. His war on Catholics and socialists was a bit uncalled for but overall he was pretty good in shaping Germany's foreign policy, though not so good in dealing with internal matters.

The Donald Trump of his era.

Excellent politician who did the impossible and united the Germanic states into one nation. This would prove to be the biggest mistake ever made.
