Red Orchestra 2 is good. It doesn't have a proper campaign but the multiplayer is fairly historically accurate and realistic. You can play as the Germans in it.

Day of Infamy is still in beta but with every update it's getting better and better. My only complaints are there's a bunch of Italian maps but no Italian units or weapons yet. But as I said it's still in beta so that will probably happen at some point in time.
