No relation. Opus Dei are well known conservatives, and were created in 1920. They are more akin to a sect: they lure powerful non-religious people in and demand donations in exchange for the networking. Hell they even own banks.

Jesuits are an older order and they are ideologically more "progressive". The current Pope is one of them.
