libertarianism is a broad term used by everything from communists to anarcho capitalists to classical liberals.

The American Constitution.

Well that entirely depends on what you consider it to be.

Ideological speaking,, libertarian and liberalism share the same foundations. This is the concept of individual liberty. However they differ on what individual liberty entails. For example, liberals would have no problem using the government to forcefully compel a private business to provide service to Black people on the grounds that by refusing to provide services to Blacks the business is interfering with their individual liberty. The libertarian would say the government has no right telling a private business who they must or must not provide service to. That it's entirely up to the discretion of the business owners.

I believe the Canadian prime-minister is a libertarian. If you consider him succesful

You mean our current one? In no fucking way is he libertarian or successful.

Anglo-Saxon concepts of justice and property that survived the Norman yoke and absolutism (it may not survive socialism and progressivism, though)

It came from the transformation of the term "liberal" in America to mean leftist. Libertarians are what the rest of the world calls "liberals".

Poor bait

Most liberals in europe are "save muh economy" neoliberals therefore not even close to libertarianism

It comes from people who would otherwise be classical liberals drinking the republican koolaid and developing an insatiable desire for corporate boot on their neck and cock in their ass.
