Seems pretty clear, if you're desperate you can eat human flesh and be guiltless.

Al-Shafi‘i clarifies this thusly:

So while you're not allowed to kill your slaves for food, if they should "happen" to die, you can absolutely eat them.

I do concede yeah it is allowed if for example you're stranded in an area with no food and the only thing you can eat is human meat which just so happens to be within your reach same way eating meat from carcasses isn't alowed unless in a special circumstance like that
