for one communism advocates for equality in a human rights sort of sense, ie people of differing groups should be allowed to exert their will even if they're a different skin color from the majority.

communism does not advocate for equality when it comes to worker wages. communism will be made up of one social class- workers- but there will likely be a disparity in standard of living for these workers cuz some workers will work more efficiently or produce goods and services that contain particularly useful use values and such.
