Where are these from?
I have absolutely nothing to contribute except a guess that they're potentially from Classical North Africa (Carthage, Egypt). I'm probably wrong.

Continuing. Found an even more similar coin to yours in OP. It's supposedly King Orodes I, II, or III of Parthia and struck between 50-200 AD.
