What would be an interesting topic for a short research about South Asian religions? I'd like to do something about the Bhgavad Gita but not sure what specifically to look at. Any hinduboos here?

This one is apparently so good it got banned by butthurt Orthodox in Russia, worried that it would convert people away from the Church.

maybe because work of Prabhupada is one of the worst translations and commentaries on Bhagadvad Gita in history of Vaishnava?
seriously, Hare Krishna is a waste of time, made for Western people in the image of Christianity, and has nearly nothing to do with Vedic culture and religion
it's basically Protestant born-again "Take Jesus as your Master and God and be saved" but with another saviour
Shankaraćarya is the true hinduism
I've read parts of the rig veda which i found fascinating but sadly there aren't many accurate translation and the one we do have seems obsessed with verses on normie topics like sex and love IIRC.
I wouldn't bother with buddhist texts since most of them are a bore.
Short research? Just describe the major schools of hinduism and what their values, differences and historical significance is. Vaishnavism, shaivism, shaktism, smartism, advaita vedanta, brahmoism, all you would want to know and write about is on wikipedia.
