Post nations that no one remembers existed.
If we're going to post forgotten nations how about actually labeling the nation that was forgotten, since it being forgotten means that nobody knows about it, and therefore won't recognise it by the flag alone.
>dropped out of the Revolutionary war because the US wouldn't let them in
>Annexed Northeast NY
>Repelled attempts by NY to take their land back
>Gave back Northeast NY in the hopes that it would convince the US to let them in
>Interfered in a rebellion in Massachusetts
>Was finally let in if only to keep them from causing any more trouble for their neighbors
>too drunk to put the stars on straight
Yeah but Ethan Allen needed to be drunk to function
>would probably be a province if Canada had existed
They tried to become a province of Canada at one point, but were rejected because it would have made Quebec bigger.
Why don't you sit down and have a sprite, Hans. I thought this board was meant for civilized discussion? Otherwise Merkel might turn your house into an refugee camp
>we were a country for longer then texas
>no retarded independence movement
Far Eastern Republic
>tfw paradox games have skewed my view of what a forgotten nation is
Manchukuo had a pretty badass flag desu senpai. You've probably heard of it from the movie "The Last Emperor."
On a related note, Mengkukuo was another puppet nation the Japanese set up in Inner Mongolia during the 1930s, and is even less well known.
Vermont Republic is best republic.
