I am annoyed by the way its dlcs are made. I feel like they are over prized or thinned out and that a lot of the content should be free or the dlcs fleshed out.

I agree. Hearts of Iron 3, I have thousands of hours in since it came out. Love it so much. All other war games seem to pale in comparison.
