When and how did hierarchy born?
I mean why people accept it?
Even when the first humans stood on two feet, hierarchy had been around since time immemorial.

Hierachy is in our own dna and for good reason
In the book 'why the west rules - for now' ian morris, he argues the first instance of hierarchy originated around 8-9k BCE - around the hilly flanks ( where homo sapians first started building houses and eventually villages) its near jordan/israel - people who were 'connected' with the spiritual world aka priests or healers or anything associated with the unknown were given special privileges and were the first people to have a system of hierarchy ---- only know this cos i was reading about it today
