How will Anime be remembered in the annals of History?
The only anime that will be remembered is Evangelion
Something that was heavily impacted by both American animation and WWII.
I wonder how anime would have turned out in an alt hist where Japan didn't lose.

pretty much

I'd insert myself into the annals of Iorin if you know what I mean.
I think anime will be rightly recognised as a major stepping stone towards humanity's ultimate fate of rejecting reality for a simulated paradise.

As a hobby for pedophiles and a disgusting trend.

Idk.
Is it wrong for me to collect smug anime girls to put on top of my posts even though I don't even into anime?
Also.
>Anime now
>what if future doe?

It will be remembered as a fascists art form.
Seriously tho, why are fascists weebs?
>>2231153
The animation in this looked surprisingly good in some parts and terribly cheap in others. Weird.

The real question is why did all the nice weeb kids grow up into fascists? Anime promotes peace, tranquility and the idea that all women can be hot, no matter the colour of there skin, hair or eyes.

Because Japan is the only Axis power that doesn't vilify the Axis in its modern pop-culture.

This is objectively wrong. Nazi have been the bad guys of three "animes" in the last two seasons alone. Even Imperial Japan gets a bad rap in recent shows like Shoshouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu amd Joker Game, especially one the home front.
Let's talk about Akira.

Iori will only be remembered in the anals of history.
Anime was not well known outside of Japan, as it was often referred to as "chinese cartoons" in western sources.

Anime is older than 25 years.
