If the Free Territory in Ukraine or revolutionary Catalonia during the Spanish Civil War are considered exemples of true communism or anarchism because the warlords that controlled them were self-proclaimed anarcho-communists, why can't the territoriy ruled by Ungern-Sternberg be considered the legitimate successor state to the Mongol Empire?
