This is true, though. British and American aces were promptly grounded and transferred to flight instructor duty as soon as they completed a number of missions. German aces kept flying until they dropped. That's why German aces have much more kills than Allied aces.

1) Most of them were against Russians

2) Western air forces cycle veterans into flight trainer roles whereas the Germans kept using these same pilots

Overall, the western model makes greater strategic sense

Obviously the Germans were just superior in all and every aspect, and if not for the jews they would have won the war by a very large margin. The fact that they faced Russian 1920's two winged fighter planes piloted by women and that they fielded their aces all the time (instead of letting them teach what they knew to younger pilots) was completely irrelevant to said statistics.
