Fair enough, I sometimes find pleasure in material (usually hentai) that isn't "normal". I have OCD and a guilt complex so after viewing this stuff I sort of experience a kind of sexual high that is immediately followed by daylong regret. My guilt usually comes from thinking about those in my life who care about me, and here I am looking at such things. I feel as if I'm dirtying up my self image.

It isn't really possible to go cold-turkey on a fetish because you've learned to be sexually excited by it. And sexuality is a biological imperative, it isn't going away. So what you're gonna have to do is gradually condition yourself to direct your sexual energy in a direction that is not harmful to you. You need to willfully reduce the amount of contact you have with the fetish object and to abstain from sexually interacting with it as much as you can. You don't need to be perfect in this, but you need to make at least some progress. I don't know what your idea of "normal" sexuality is but more time away from the computer is always a good thing.

About the guilt - guilt is often just another distraction. We can get caught on the excitement-guilt roller coaster and lose sight of the bigger picture. Don't waste too much time beating yourself up over this it will just drain the energy you need to get better.
