Are you retarded? If Russia hadn't fucked around with Georgia after the fall of the Soviet Union Georgia would be a unified prosperous country. It is typical of Russian foreign policy to weaken their bordering states so they can dominate them.

Georgia proceeded to abolish Abkhaz autonomy and sent the army into Abkhazia. What else should they have done?
