I don't think Prussia itself was blamed for ww2, but the allies did pin much of the blame on an abstract idea of Prussianness that was somehow corrupting the Germans. Corruption that needed to be rooted out through allied reeducation.

It is pretty unfortunate that they can't even use the name Prussia for the area around Berlin anymore.

No, he means WW2. The allies blamed "Prussian militarism" for the whole thing and turned a blind eye to the ethnic cleansing of Germans from all areas east of the Oder.
