Little known fact. Because of political dealings, prior to communists taking over, Bosnia was allowed to practice Sharia under the Serb dominated kingdom of Yugoslavia, pretty much in all matters other than criminal law.
The communists just gave them their nationality based on Islam.

Belgium also, since police won't even enter certain districts and markets and let the "locals" handle it cause of fear of being called racists or have violence done upon them.
