What was his endgame?
>Make France Great Again
>Make Anglos butthurt (he got a 3/5)

Destroying the Anglo-Saxon order.
>Vive le Québec libre
What on earth did he mean by this?

Again this thread? I'm getting serious déja vu here. I'll just give a tl;dr of my reply in the last thread: his endgame was La Grande Nation, or an EU (or (E)EG) in which France would come to dominate and lead a third axis (the first being Murika and friends in NATO, the second being Cyka Blats and friends in the Warsaw Pact) that would be able to act independently of both. It was an entirely viable plan considering Britain had abanconed France and glued its lips to America's dick (to paraphrase Churchill: If I have to choose between France and America, I will always choose America) and Germany was divided and occupied. This left everything West of the Iron Curtain easy pickings for France, which under De Gaulle rapidly began to consolidate itself (among others subjugating Germany under the Coal and Steel Treaty, wich Adenauer accepted as a condition for Germany's re-admission to the human race). It goes without saying that Americans were a little bit miffed about this.
And the absolute madman would've gotten away with it too if it weren't for the fact that every single president after him hated France and actively worked to sabotage it.

Quebecois were at the time more or less treated as second rate citizens in their own homeland. It took De Gaulle's threat of separation (as well as some FLQ bullshit) for Quebec to finally be taken seriously. That's why it's retarded that Anglo-Canadians today are still upset about this: De Gaulle's reason for saying that has more or less been removed and as evidenced by three referenda most Quebecois are fine with the status quo. And you can't really blame "muh anglos" for this as the number of native French Speakers from the 70s until now increased from about 70-80% to over 90%.

Makes absolute sense
>Basil "Bulgarians on the slack get the rack" II
>Basil "Bulgarian eyes get scooped out" II
>Basil "Exterminate all Bulgarians" II
What was his endgame

Being a complete failure and laughing stock of the world
When the Americans arrived in Paris, De Gaul begged them to leave quickly so the celebration will be entirely of the french resistance. In his speech, he talks about how france has 'triumphed over the axis'
At least Britain was ready to admit they weren't a superpower by 1960. France held onto these delusions of Grandeur until the late 70's
