The reason you're not hearing about Angola's problems is because unlike Venezula the wealth from the oil business was never felt by most people to begin with, it was all concentrated in the hands of a couple oligarchs, so when oil prices plummeted they were already rock bottom and the wealthy had enough savings to deal with it.
