What is the difference between ethics and morals

Ethics are a watered down version of morals for leftists

If there is a difference of meanings it would have somehting to do with differences in the ancient meditereanean cultures.

Ethics = doing what you are obligated to do
Morals = doing what makes the world better

There's none. Ethics is just a formal study of morality

Morals are abstract principles of what constitutes right vs wrong, often derived from religion. Ethics is the application of those moral principles to the real world.

For instance, sending food aid to Africa is the moral thing to do to assuage the natives' suffering. However it's not ethical because ultimately all it will do is create more helpless, pointless, suffering niggers.
