What were the facts that convinced you that holocaust was real? Or maybe made you think otherwise?

The only thing that would make me question the holocaust is the simple fact that come countries make it illegal to do so.
Other then that nothing really, its has enough evidence to say it did happen. I don;t understand the importance of it now, but that's just me.
my parents knew survivors, with tattooed numbers and all

I really doubted it, but doing some elementary research on those "holohoax" images stormfags like made me realise how stupid and dishonest the denialists are. Turns out for eg there are "smoking gun" documents that prove the holocaust happened, not least Goering's diaries, in direct contradiction to the denialist claims. Denialists simply make stuff up with no evidence and no shame, they're the very kikes they accuse others of being.
there is some conspiracy surrounding the holocaust, as in the allied bombing of german supply trains could have been the direct cause of starvation of who knows how many jews held at camps, and this event probably led to a lot of coverup, scapegoating and diversion, and makes it hard to find reliable unbiased sources on the matter. I personally question a nation at war intentionally executing a usable slave labor force en-masse, and most first person reports I've read from survivors make the camps sound like shitty labor camps more than death camps.
there is undeniably about six million jewish people that were in europe that stopped being in europe around that time, though.

My great grandmother lived 20km away from auschwitz. She encountered a few german soldiers while hiding in a basement with other families, but was never taken away, or was any harm done to her. She actually described these soldiers as very civil. My great-grandfather was forced to work in germany during the war. However a lot of people in Poland did not have such luck. I've heard a lot of opinions on both sides, regarding the holocaust and was curious what fact made someone feel a certain way.

I lived down the street from a guy with the ankle tattoo.
I'm pretty sure the Gerries were up to no good.

The demographic decline. 2/3 of population segments don't just disappear.

>as in the allied bombing of german supply trains could have been the direct cause of starvation of who knows how many jews held at camps,
Considering that the bulk of the camps (and especially the ones with the highest body counts) were in Poland, and that Allied bombing was concentrated in western Germany, which didn't export food, no, that argument is incredibly stupid.
