Hitler's bombastic speeches, whilst pretty good, aren't actually that impressive in the grand scheme of things. They're pretty standard for romantic nationalist dictators.
Hitler gets massively praised for it not because the praise is proportionate to hiss skill, but because it's one of the few compliments it's acceptable to pay to the Nazis.
