He didn't hate Indians at all and even adopted an orphaned Indian kid and raised him as his own son. He was just a ruthless guy who was willing to destroy any individual, institution, or ethnic group that stood between his people and their destiny. It wasn't malicious or hateful or edgy on his part; he was just hardcore.
He did hate the central bank though. He believed they were using their power to gamble with the nation's currency, keeping the profits when they won and making the taxpayers pay when they lost.
