could winged hussars beat Panzers?

It's would be rather hard considering hussars weren't a thing since first half of XVIII century

No, they can't. They got fucked in almost every fair battle.

You should read more than just Wiki article. The Husaria was broken during that battle and virtually disappears as a unit for some years.
>>
>>1901821
>pospolite ruszenie
>which included only 950 Winged Hussars - 8 banners
You should read what "Pospolite ruszenie" is. Swedes and Prussian scum didn't fight the elite, they fought common shitty folk.
>>
>>1901832

950 hussars was the absolute max that the Commonwealth could field at the time.

Don't get me wrong. I believe that the Husaria was a magnificent unit. But it was far from unbeaten and far from everything that made the Commonwealth's military so capable. It should be also noted that starting from late 17th century, the Husaria was increasingly incapable of satisfactory performance. The Moldavian campaigns of Sobieski were a chain of embarrassments and hetman Jablonowski reportedly in desperation ordered the hussars to broke their lances. Partially as a punishment for poor performance, partially as an attempt to shift their tactics into supportive role.

Don't get me wrong, Sweden was a powerful enemy, but only when Poland-Lithuania started to collapse - Swedes managed to get the upper hand.

>Battle lasts for over 2 weeks
>Ends in agreements, Poles are allowed to leave

>Cossacks and Tatars got repulsed again, encircled Poles defend for 2 more days
>Poles successfuly break for encirclement, but are to few and to tired, got stopped again
>Cossacks And Tatars this time win, after few attacks and heavy artillery fire
Sounds like winged hussars actually did great job.
>>
>>1902103
Now go look at battles after 1630
>>
>>1901848
Commonwealth fielded over 5k winged hussars in 1610 during Polish–Muscovite war and 8280 winged hussars in 1621 during Polish–Ottoman war
>It should be also noted that starting from late 17th century, the Husaria was increasingly incapable of satisfactory performance.
That part is true. Lack of numbers, discipline, good equipment, morale and training. Late 17th/early 18th century winged hussars had very little common with ~100 years earlier version of them.

>Commonwealth fielded over 5k winged hussars in 1610 during Polish–Muscovite war and 8280 winged hussars in 1621 during Polish–Ottoman war

So? In 1656 the Commonwealth was in the 8th year of war that ravaged its heartland and suffered horrific defeats along the way, like Batoh of 1652 where the core of professional army died.

Civil wars are always !fun
>like Batoh of 1652 where the core of professional army died.
Well technically they didn't die in battle. They were slaughterer afterwards.
Probably worst battle in Polish history. It opened doors for Swedish Deluge, as there were no professional army to stop them, which ended in yet more battles lost, country pillaged and population killed.
>>
>>1902307
I didn't know that Danzig/Gdańsk were Russian.
>>
>>1902103
France always had the upper hand when it came to population, specially when compared to its arch rival England, I think they main reason they never pushed far beyond their borders was the huge amount of in-fighting that the feudal system caused and the fact that its nobility was notoriously incompetent and big time luxury spenders. With a more organized system of government they could have taken at least Iberia long before britain became relevant.
