Posted this on /g/ the other day and nothing fruitful came out. What are some good areas where philosophy and computer science overlap? I'm a 2nd year CS/Philo major and I'm trying to find something to start working on that could eventually become my senior project.

I don't know about philosophy, but as a CS/History major I've been interested in simulation and agent-based modeling.

See Ken Binmore (game theoretic analysis applied to moral/political philosophy).
See Herbert Simon, arguably the OG.

Adam Elkus is a good person to follow if you're into that and use any social media.

Game Theory and the Social Contract for Binmore. It's two volumes. Disclaimer: It's been on my to read list, so best I can tell you is it sounds like it will be interesting.
I can recommend a textbook on game theory if you need to brush up quickly.
For Simon, I'd look up a list of books and pick one based on your interests, he runs from economics to politics to organization/mgmt to decision theory to cogsci and everywhere between.
