There would inevitably be a cold war with the US after both develop nuclear weapons, Africa would be full of proxy wars and because the regime would be unwilling to let go of Egypt it would probably be quite an authoritarian unstable place, though maybe less corrupt and receiving more investment than Nasser's Egypt.

We pretty much know what it would look like. It would be incorporated into the Italian Empire and managed as a colony. It would impose racial laws, persecute and exterimate the jews and enforce a rigid social hierarchy common to all fascist regions.

It's work force would be exploited and forced to endure extremely unfavourable conditions to harvest oil and later gas. Most likely, Italy would make use of it's arable land to grow crops.

The Suez canal would allow for transport to and from Ethiopia and a degree control of the Persian gulf. India would be within reach and the Axis could potentially open up a second front there, however it is unlikely that such a front would take primacy over an invasion of Soviet held caucasus.

The word Aryan derives from the geographical region Aria, which is also the root of the word for Iran.
