The peak of Western civilization is yet to come. It's historical mission will only be finished when all national governments are dissolved and world government is established on a globalist basis, ensuring everlasting peace and prosperity for all humans.

Secular Jews are totally assimilated into the liberal values of Western Enlightenment. The reason why they seem to dominate it and become so associated with it is not because the Enlightenment is a Jewish plan, but because they are "newly" converted to it, they show a lot more enthusiasm.

Western Civilization is a fluid concept, able to absorb previously alien groups (Barbarians, Magyars, Russians etc.) and expel others (Anatolia, Northern Africa). Perhaps OP is bemoaning the putrification of European culture, which has for sometime been synonymous with Western man. If this is the case then yes, one could argue that the years leading up to 1914 could be considered the zenith of European man.

It was the last full year before the world wars begin, and in the the US specifically we were not overseen by an all-powerful financial entity for a few months from the time J.P. Morgan died in March that year (he single-handedly bailed out the entire federal government twice) to the time the Federal Reserve Bank started in December that year (its main purpose was to essentially create a government institution that could substitute J.P. Morgan the man in terms of bailing out the US economy in times of need).
