Why, who and when did we call Euxine Sea Black Sea?

Red is south, yellow is center, white is west and black is north.
The Black sea is north to the Greeks, so - Black sea.

Bonus tip: Belgrade mean White city because of that, not because of muh white walls or some shit the Serbs meme.
