It depends. Do you mean dangerous to an individual or to society at large? Anarchism is more dangerous to individual people since it's more directly violent, but Communism is more dangerous to a society since it's subversive and naturally has the goal of destroying "the old" and ushering in "the new".

Regardless, neither are even remotely dangerous today, outside of the occasional riot escalated by edgy 15 year old Anarchists.
