No, the Beyliks of Anatolia were vassals to the Ilkhanate and had no other relation to them.
House Osman is of pure turkic stock since Osman I's father was the Khan of the Kayı tribe from Central Asia that migrated under him to Anatolia and serve the Sultanate of Rum until they established their own dominance.
