Nope. The GDP kept growing up until WW1 when it started tanking and this was prolonged by that retard Lenin starting a civil war and crippling the economy by his idiot economic policies. It wasn't until '27 or so when Stalin was in charge and finally got the economy to pre-WW1 level of growth.
