What did the symbol really mean? What are its roots?

Any other input about the historical elements of the other symbols is encouraged, just super curious about RIR. Bohemian at all? Holy Roman? or just relating to the Roman Pagan Presence.

Roman Pagan Presence as in Italy and city states take on Greek mythology. Sorry. Pretty on acid

It's the simbol of the Roman Way to the Gods, RIR stands for Roma Renovata Resurgit, the I is an R seen from the front.
The Roman religion has many names: Cultus Deorum, Traditio Romana, etc.

Doesn't Я represent /ja/ sound, and has nothing to do with the latin letter R? Instead it originates from handwritten letter Ѧ ("little Yus"), as you can see it developed into something resembling the letter Я.
