Going into detail on Albania - they really have made amazing progress considering the shit they crawled out of. An inspiring display of dedication towards being seen as civilised and adequate. A commendable effort. Still have some way to go - but shit, I'd have given up years ago. They're really trying to crack down on drug trade & get removed from a lost of trafficking states now, for example.

I know how you feel, though. Riga is more expensive than Prague and on level with fucking Vienna.
