How would an ancap societydeal with parental rights. How could people interpret the diffrence between physical punishment without violating the NAP.

It would only work if everybody were an-cap and every succeeding generation as well. Same with communism. Probably people have ideas of their own. It's that free will you know, but an-caps have never heard of that.
