As far as world history goes, I'll go with

You got the American revolutionary war, the French revolution and then Napoleon.

You also have the rise, fall and revival of Britain, the rise of Prussia, the entry into the modern era, the collapse of the spanish empire, the death of the holy roman empire, the birth of liberalism, hell, next to 1900-1950 it was the fastest paced period ever.
And this is leaving out the Seven year war, which to me is the true first world war

Late Bronze Age to the end of Classical Antiquity/early "Middle Age" period. Or specifically speaking, 1800 BC to 600/700 AD. Civilizations like the Mycenaeans, Minoans, Aegean/Greeks, Hittites, Medes, Persians, Scythians, Romans, Byzantines, Huns, Germanic tribes, etc...are especially fascinating to me.
1775-1825
