No it doesn't. Utilitarianism justifies a society based on producing drugs so one can be in a happy state 24/7, even when working to produce more drugs. Anything other than that represents an opportunity cost of suffering and loss of happiness for someone somewhere.

Only if you have a designated class of women who are gang raped so that the majority of them can be spared. You'd have to figure out the bare minimum number of women to sacrifice as gang rape victims to appease the men.
