Nationalism was an inevitable tide that would sweep the world. The Ottoman and Austro Hungarian empires would crumble into little petty states

Depending on how fast the war ended, Britain and France would be able to exert enough power to stall decolonization movements and would most certainly be there when the middle east falls.

The Kaiser would be in power but in a constitutional role, the germans peoples would by this point realize how dangerous absolute power could be and the liberal democracy movement was strong.

Russia would fall and the the USSR would come out of it.

Post war veteran groups will form the backbone of facist and right leaning militias.

The Great Depression still occurs

The USA might be more isolationist

Sky Captain becomes reality.

The whole point of the war was to stop Germany from becoming the economic power house of Europe. Which happened anyway.

Main difference is Europe would've been a lot more conservative and there wouldn't be migrants everywhere. So the world changes either way.

Doesn't happen. Well, maybe French but to get British clay they'd need a way to threaten the Brits, which they still don't have.
Even then Brits might have just appropriated French colonies because German simply had no way to contest that.

The Schliefen Plan not being outflanked was pretty much an impossibility once Belgium decided they would resist. The Schliefen plan was also inherently dependent on a mobilization advantage. Germany and Russia kinda fumbled around on the mobilization since they didn't want to turn a Balkan Incident which Serbia was a prick about into a world war. France declared war and mobilized soon after Germany began mobilizing. You have to consider how long it would take to move troops to an offensive fight, even with railroads moving hundreds of thousands of men from Germany to France through Belgium was a tall task.

What are you on about? Russia's mobilisation was shockingly fast and it freaked everyone out

When I say fumbled around, I was referring to the awkward 20-30 days after the assassination when Germany and Russia were trying to not mobilize so they don't escalate the situation into a European war, but also didn't want to stand down by delaying mobilization for too long and potentially forfeiting an advantage. Basically, they were indecisive on their initial decision to mobilize.

Germany and the US grow in power. Socialism takes off in the West. The USSR appears but takes a few more years. WWII happens anyway under different circumstances. The Cold War ends up happening anyway, but again under different circumstances, but still a conflict between socialism and liberalism.

The specifics would be very different but in broad strokes not very much changes. Large empires either break up under the pressure of nationalism, or leapfrog to socialism to keep their empires together. The two sides then duke it out for some decades until one side is victorious, all the while deterred from a full-on conflict by the threat of nuclear weapons.
