The answer is always, objectively, undeniably - Tokyo.

It's pretty much Japan.

It's the largest "mega-city" the only people to match it are third world, overpopulated shit holes.

It's growing to the point where it will continually absorb all other prefectures inside of Japan and become literally Japan.

It will be the first "city-nation"
