Greco Roman most definitely.
Although if we're taking the gloves off and allowing answers from all history then Gothic Architecture is fucking incredible.

This desu. Also universities like Oxford are amazing, although I'm not sure if the style counts as Gothic. I did chuckle to myself in St. Paul's to notice that one of the frescoes in the dome depicts Paul burning books.
