What was humanity's single greatest achievement?
Crashing this plane
Probably stone tools.
It's the first achievement that can be attributed to "humanity" and it's a little hard to do the other ones if you physically don't have enough protein in your diet to develop a large brain.
Fire and clothing also fall into this category.

Language and agriculture+division of labor. Everything else follows
Besides the obvious civilization-building technologies, I actually think the Internet is one of the greatest acheivements of all time. Humanity is really coming together because of it, and it speaks volumes to me how we use it as a medium to socialise and store information for all to see and learn. It's a worldwide digital equivalent of the Library of Alexandria.

Wasnt it cooking that allowed our brain to increase.
I remember reading somewhere that our closest relatives spend 6 hours eating while we can do it in 3 because we cook our food.
Language.
All inventions mean jack shit when you cant tell other people about it.
The only reason humans are on top is because of our collective knowledge, the only reason we have that is because we can tell other people stuff.

You do realize those aren't exclusive to humanity right? Politics isn't exclusive to us either. Our societies are just built with a higher complexion compared to other animals.

Kek, care to provide your evidence that proves this point? That's quite a generic statement, which has no evidence to back it up.
>we eat a lot of animals
>we are smart
>therefore the fact that we eat a lot of animals leads to our intelligence

Mathematics, it's a tool that automatically stimulates the brain and allows us to come up with better ideas. We can also use it to represent properties of the universe, which allows us to calculate things in turn that will aid our survival. With physics, machinery will become easier and easier to make and can even help us with colonization and exploration of the Solar System.

I would say cooperation. I don't think there's any creatures that altruistically cooperate, which is what allows us to be dominate imo. Then again I think humans are innately dominate so there's that.
