What does /his/ think of Teotl philosophy?

Very similar to the Hawaii'an concept of Mana. It interests me that the gods are really just spiritual power and with enough of that power, anyone can be a god- you just need enough sacrifices. And of course, everyone's pretty much a ticking time bomb of Teotl, creating a society very concerned with restraining that power and releasing it in acceptable ways.

They actually had good protein diet. Ritual cannibalism was only done on specific ritual times and consumed by a very specific group of people. Insects are rich in in protein. Other animals include, fish, deer, turkey, duck, rabbit, dog, and other little animals. In addition, maize the way it had been modified by the precolumbian people combined with beans provided enough nourishment of protein.

It's an ordering of the world, to influence it so it can be balanced, that is, the sun can continue to rise (he needs strength to rise from the underworld forces). In the myths, Huitzilopochtli later went on to replace Nanahuatzin who was the fifth sun.

I don't believe in spiritual stuff or anything like that, or know anything about this concept, but there's something I find kind of palatable about it, if it's as you describe. You could substitute the word "reality" for Teotl and it'd seem pretty agreeable really.
Would make canon in a constructed fantasy world/10.
