What do you think of Young Earth Creationists, /his/?
>>1612373
By far the most annoying and most damaging thing about modern Christianity.
They had a good show in the early 00's but their time has passed. No one cares about Ken Ham or Kent Hovind anymore, not even to ridicule them.
Bill Nye with his stupid fucking debate only served to keep Ham in the limelight just a little bit longer, thankfully it didn't last.
And although it was mostly Christians who got the focus, in particular the weirdo protestant sects. Orthodox Jews are actually way worse when it comes to YEC. I think they didn't raise a stink though because they mostly send their kids to yeshiva schools or whatever and aren't worried about what they teach in public education.
Serious question, why do you keep posting this shit multiple times per day?

Don't forget the Muslims.

Fun to laugh at.
People even dumber than Young Earth Creationists are people like Bill Nye who debate them and think they're some top intellectual. You aren't smart because you destroy in a debate someone who is dumb.

An unbiblical tradition of men

Generally good people who can't seem to consider that their god created the scientific laws that govern the universe. Like internet atheist retards they buy into the "science and religion are diametrically opposed" meme.

Young Earth Creation was at it's height in the 00's. Anyone who actually believes it is laughed at today.

>Aren't these beliefs held by millions of Americans?
Maybe, they have no influence though. There was a serious push back in the day to get creationism taught in schools alongside evolution. A lot of these people were getting airtime on major news networks and a solid chunk of the population was genuinely confused as to how valid evolution was as a theory.
The situation is vastly different today. Courts have stricken down any attempt to teach creationism in schools even under the guise of the seemingly more robust "intelligent design". Essentially, they lost the war. Most young people know evolution is the more robust theory. Bum hicks can keep being bum hicks, their kids will still get taught evolution in schools.

somewhere between the truth example all the mega-fauna in australiaeous being wiped by aboriginal fire strip-farming etc, responsible for population boom to 100m
Hilarious desu.

Even Jehovah's Witnesses have adopted a belief that the Universe is over 13 billion years old.
Young Earthers need to catch up
>>1613278
Really? But do they believe in evolution?
>>1612858
The way this is drawn in reminds me of the one used by people trying to show how baseless evolutionary science supposedly is
