How would it turn out for Jews if Europe was to convert to Islam, specially considering that Germany is receiving all these waves of Muslim immigrants?

The Batthist political movement was essentially started by Syrian and Iraqi exiles who had fled to Nazi Germany during the war.

Ironically the Soviet Union also began heavily supporting "national socialist" groups in the 60s. KGB head Yuri Andropov said that "a billion adversaries could inflict far greater damage on America than could a few millions. We needed to instill a Nazi-style hatred for the Jews throughout the Islamic world, and to turn this weapon of the emotions into a terrorist bloodbath against Israel and its main supporter, the United States." Which eventually lead to the creation of the Islamic Jihad movement as we know it, through their support for Libya, the PLO, Carlos the Jackal, etc.

Alois Brunner fled to the middle east and took up residence in Damascus where he eventually died. He was observed on a number of occasions taking tea with nationals from former East Germany. Syria denied knowledge of his whereabouts.
